Fannin Electric Cooperative 87th Annual Meeting

Dear Member:

You are hereby notified that the 87th Annual Membership Meeting of Fannin Electric Cooperative will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Fannin County Multipurpose Complex located off State Highway 56 west of Bonham, across from Voluntary Purchasing Groups. The entrance to the building is on FM 87.

At this meeting, director elections will be held for member representatives from districts 3, 5, and 7. For information concerning the election process—including director qualifications, requirements, and responsibilities, and the nomination process—see the board of directors section of Fannin EC’s bylaws. A copy of the bylaws can be found on our website and at the cooperative office.

Prize Drawings

Every member who registers at the door for the 2025 annual meeting will receive a $10 energy credit that will be applied to the next month’s electric bill, as well as other gifts. Only one credit per membership will be allowed.

Drawings will be held for additional energy credits and various other prizes donated by co-op vendors. Make sure you bring your card to registration to be entered to win.

There will also be kids’ drawings for ages 12 and younger.
