To become a member of FCEC you must complete the following steps:

1. Fill out the appropriate Membership Application.
2. Return completed application via Email, mail, or in person, along with a copy of your valid drivers license.
   *Incomplete applications will not be accepted*
3. Pay all applicable fees.
